[SOLVED] Selling pc without HDD

Im basically gonna sell my old pc to this guy without the HDD because i told him that it has my files in there, which i already have in my new pc but i cant wipe them anyways because i cant connect it to anything rn but my question is: if I sell my pc without the HDD is there a way that the new owner is able to get the files from the HDD back? like if he installs a new one and there's like a restore point thing or something that the motherboard has idk, im not an expert so thats why i ask , thanks

Unless he is the God, it's not possible for him to get your files without physically having your HDD in his hands.
