Semi Modular Power Supply 600 Watt and above recommendation

Once BitFenix releases their Nova TG and Enso cases, I hope to snag one (still deciding) and upgrade from from my DeepCool Tesseract SW (Blue). What I mostly want these new cases for is the tempered glass on a budget (Nova TG) and the Enso (front panel RGB). Since they're going to have tempered glass, I'm going to need a psu that's semi modular. I'm specifically looking for one that has SEPARATE GPU cables. I do not want a psu that has a 6pin attached to an 8 pin. I'm currently rocking a 980 Ti and it honestly bugs me (bending the 6pin feels and looks weird). If possible, an EVGA or SeaSonice recommendation would be best. I don't care much for PSU ratings since I know those two are reliable brands. I've currently been looking at the 650 BQ from EVGA but I can't tell if the GPU cables are attached.

Anything from Seasonic PRIME series will do just fine. Oh, all PRIME series PSUs are fully-modular and not semi-modular.

My Skylake build is also powered by Seasonic PRIME series PSU and mine is 80+ Titanium with 650W (full specs with pics in my sig).

If you specifically want to have semi-modular PSU then you need to look towards Seasonic G-series,

EVGA 650 BQ is semi-modular and made by HEC Compucase. While not the best OEM (like Seasonic or Super Flower), HEC isn't also the worst OEM (like PowMax or HEDY).
