Semi Modular PSU

Apologies for the relatively simple questions but I will be attempting my first ever build and I want to make sure I cover everything

I have chosen this semi-modular PSU for my itx overclocking build and I was confused as to what the soldered connectors are. From what I can see, the non-modular connectors are a 24pin for the motherboard and 2x 4pin for the CPU, is this correct?

Also I have used the following wattage calculator to be sufficient enough for the main build as well as future upgrades. The calculator takes into account capacitor aging and I chose a maximum of 50%, is this a good idea or slight overkill?

You are correct on the attached cables, it is the 24pin and the cpu connector. Everything else is modular.

That's the best wattage calculator on the net. They should be taken only as rough estimates, but that one I have found to be quite accurate. What are your system specs?

MSI GTX 760 TwinFrozr (dual 8pin as has been made aware to me so I have counted it as a 770?)
Corsair DDR3 Vengance 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 (2x8gb)

Front 200mm Fan
2x Rear 80mm LED Fans
2x Side 120mm LED Fans (to replace stock H100i for LEDs)
4x Cold Cathodes for top window

Its my belief that as the z97 mobo has no m.2/sata express functionality, it may perform a better overclock?
