[SOLVED] [Semi solved by windows update] need help with BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal

I think this problem is network related.
I noticed it when I tried to log in into a game I am playing and it didnt let me to connect for some reason even tho I have internet connection , but for some reason this problem was fixed in the morning the day after and occurred again in the night. so thats how I got interested in updating my drivers which led to me finding this problem.
Every time I try to update/disable/uninstall or to do anything with the network adapter I am getting the BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal and after about half a minute the computer starts again normal.
I also tried to start windows in safe mode but it gave me the BSOD again.
and now even when I am trying to restart im getting the BSOD.
Any help would be welcomed.

2.here are some of the specs (I dont think that the rest is needed)
Processor: Intel i5-6600k (not overclocked)

Also please post your entire system spec

If it is still occuring in safe mode, it typically means it is hardware or core OS problem / driver problem. It's common for network adapters to cause these problems, did you run it in safe mode with networking disabled?

I tried to get into the safe mode from msconfig>boot>safemode. and it went to the BSOD in the 2 time I tried to.
and I wasnt able to disable the networking adapters because it would go to the BSOD.
I have also edited the post with the dump file and specs
