Does anyone here sent a processor, graphics card, storage or whatever pc part is that to another country? Because I have a friend from Hong Kong that wants to send his cpu, ssd and gpu to me in the Philippines. He told me that the courier need an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) in order to get the parcel shipped. Anyone know how to get MSDS for these components?

What specific devices are you trying to ship? Googling "Material Safety Data Sheet for XXX", insert device like Intel i7-8700 might locate the document you need. I just tried some random searches and found several. Intel has several on their sites, for example.

He's sending an Intel Xeon E3 1230 V3, Samsung EVO 850 SSD and ASUS GTX 1050 Ti

Definitely take the graphic card out and ideally put the GPU in the box it arrived in(original GPU box).
It (PC and GPU) can still go in one parcel.
Reason: GPU is heavy and during transport it might get detached from its socket and destroy other components and itself.
Other than that ensure you secured all other parts by checking all screws are tight.
Let me know later how it went.
