For fps gaming, YES. It has a wide sound stage and has the most accurate audio positioning availiable. Be advised, the bass is garbage, therefore, it allows you to hear footstep much clearer. I have this headset.

The bass is not bad if you have a decent sound card or DAC/AMP...

I own have a pair of these headphones.

uhmm no its garbage. the only way you can feel bass in this thing is to jack up the "gain settings" which can potentially damage the headset.

I disagree! The bass is not the best however it's acceptable.

What headphones are you comparing the 360's to?

I disagree too. However I must say that it took me some tinkering with the equalizer to get some rich and clear bass pumping through my 363D. And you need a decent sound card. You can't just plug the headset into anything and expect it to be sound optimal right away.
