Sensors not working

Hi all,i just installed an AMD 965 in a asrock a785gm-le mobo. my temp sensors have stopped working.they worked fine up until the install.new bios,p1.30 installed.im using coretemp.have also tried siw to no avail.any suggestions would be appreciated

tried it didnt work. also ,im havig to use my oc utility for cpu temp. and i noticed that the s.bridge slot is blank. this cant be good.

hey just to let you know it was the cpu. quit working entirely on 4th day.rma on the way.thanx for your help
