Sentinal upgrade

I downloaded the WOE (weapons of evil) mutautors do get the sentinel, but I
have noticed online it has more upgrades than what I received in my
download. Where or how can I get this?

I especially liek the ESR upgrade, along with many others available. I would
like these for when I play offline.

You have to choose the mutator from the mutators list (and if you want them
all the time check the checkbox that says "always use these mutators") when
you start an offline game. You will notice that the WOE mutator actually
installs 5 or 6 different mutators to your list.
