Separate Front IO Ports

I'm just wondering whether or not if I can buy a full set of front IO similar to those that are on cases for a PC building project I have got in mind? And if I would be able to get them an amazon for example. Or maybe just proper power and rest buttons not some of the ugly switches you might find and without buying a new case and using those IO.
