It is a long story so buckle up.
I bought a new PC in September with so much happiness that I finally got a good PC with the following Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K 3.6 GHz
Mobo: MSI MPG Z690 EDGE WIFI ATX LGA1700
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600
Storage 1: Kingston Fury Renegade 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME
Storage 2: Western Digital Blue SN570 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3080 VENTUS 3X 10G OC GeForce RTX 3080
PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS GX 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro

But my happiness came to an end when a series of problems start to show the next week without any warning

@-My First problem/error I encountered with my PC when I was playing Final Fantasy XIV
View: https://youtu.be/cd7ni7X8UUw

View: https://youtu.be/3OeJkxkYyQo

as you can see from both videos I got freeze and then deadlock, so I had to Force Shutdown. I checked for drivers update and everything was up to date; so I start testing my PC with stress/diagnostic software like:
-Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool
-Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool
-OCCT
-3DMark

and nothing was shown so I thought it was either a game problem or windows problem; so I Formatted my PC and re-install everything and then I got another freeze but this time is not with a game it was with google chrome; so I checked the Event viewer after I restarted and it was Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001
and I discovered the cause of this error which was my headset Astro A50 so I disconnected the headset and this error stopped occurring and no more freeze from google chrome.
FYI: I also used CMD commands like SFC and DISM and everything was fine.
Anyway, I got another freeze this time with another game; so I sent my PC to the computer shop with expert people they told me it was a GPU problem so they replaced my GPU.

@-After I received the PC with the new GPU I formatted my PC again
and it was working fine for a few weeks then one day when I booted my PC I got a red screen (It was my theme color) but my mouse worked and I can use the task manager as shown in the picture https://imgur.com/cabB9TC
I signed out from the PC and re-login and everything was back to normal I don't know the reason why this happened.

@- My 5th Problem/error occurred when I was playing Forza 5 View: https://imgur.com/sOhw0ve

I re-entered the game and it was lagging so much then suddenly freeze then deadlock
https://youtube.com/shorts/x9hJlxEZzTg
so I had to force shut down.
Also, I noticed there was a weird sound coming out from my PC https://youtube.com/shorts/1NwS4v34SHc when I load any game (Volume up to hear it) not sure from where.

I read about the error shown in the picture above; so I increased the Virtual Memory and also underclocked my GPU memory by -300 with MSI afterburner and I did MemTest86 (the result was 0 errors); so everything was running smoothly until!

@- My 6th problem/error was with my 2nd screen it turned black for a few seconds I even did not have any program open except of course for my background programs like:
-Malwarebytes
-Wallpaper Engine
-Nvidia Control Panel and Geforce Experience
-SteelSeries GG

@- I did a clean Format this time to my PC and re-install everything but I noticed my mouse pointer got the blue circle loading many times especially when I boot up or open any program View: https://imgur.com/aPP9F3m

I reached a point of despair with this PC and I can't reach a solution even with the computer shop so can anyone tell me what my PC problem is?
Is it GPU again, PSU, Motherboard, or CPU?

Or is it windows 10?

Please Help me I don't know what to replace or fix.

Sounds like coil whine, verify if it is coming from the PSU or the GPU. Not necessarily anything wrong there, just good to know.

You should be using Windows 11 just for the updated scheduler to handle your E cores. (you could try disabling your E-cores in the BIOS, some games may not know what to do with them)

Latest motherboard BIOS?

RTX 3080 should take care of itself pretty well, you could always set a strict power limit while you are troubleshooting though. Set it to 90% power, add a little GPU negative offset like you did with the memory to avoid any instability there.

You did not mention a CPU cooler, double check that the CPU is not overheating or that the motherboard VRMs are not overheating. What kind of airflow do you have over the motherboard around the CPU socket?

Try running your memory with looser timings or take it down from XMP, just to see if it does better.

Have you used software to look at the PSU voltages under load and check if they dip out of the ATX Spec? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX

I recommending uninstalling the Steel Series software for a while, I have had issues with it in the past.

Thank you for the fast reply Eximo.

Some of my software is not yet optimized for windows 11 so I have to keep using windows 10 for the moment.

I forgot to mention that I updated my BIOS to the latest version and I started to get an Autopilot.dll error in the event viewer this occurred before I replaced my GPU, but it was solved when I formatted the PC.

As you mentioned, I will underclock the GPU too, but how much negative offset should I put it on?

I used HWiNFO64 for monitoring the temperature and both CPU and GPU are under 70C when I play so I have no problem with cooling (I use Deepcool GAMMAXX L360 A-RGB 69.34 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler) for the CPU and the default cooling fans for the GPU, also I got 3 fans inflow and 1 fan in the back for outflow.

I have the XMP on to run both memories at 5600MHz I will turn it off, but is there a solution for this because it is considered a waste of money if I do not use my RAM's full potential and how could I do looser timing?
I noticed when I turn off my PC that the motherboard Debug LED for RAM blinked.

I tried to use OCCT to stress the PSU but I get my CPU temp above 90C so I stopped the test, so if you have another software I can run to test the PSU I would love to try it.

PSU test would be something like Cinebench (CPU) and 3D Mark (GPU) (Or perhaps Unigine Valley or Heaven) at the same time. That will also probably push your CPU to 90C (which is technically okay, not like you run that 24/7)

Well, you should also have several XMP profiles to pick from of different speeds. 4800, 5200, 5600 are likely. To loosen timings it to just make all the numbers that aren't the main speed, larger. CL36 to CL40 and the same with sub timings. But only do that if you suspect memory issues. Running through Memtest x86 should provide an answer there under XMP.

If the CPU is still at stock settings, consider underclocking the CPU (Or Overclocking). Could be that you have too much or too little voltage going through the CPU. Sometimes motherboard defaults can be a little aggressive. A good overclock will let you optimize things by seeing where the CPU becomes unstable voltage wise. Might also be a way to save yourself some electricity/heat or increase the CPU performance without increasing power.

Motherboard LEDs are going to do a lot of weird things when the system powers off. Could be as simple as using that LED as part of the bleed circuit. Those should only matter when the system is attempting to start or on.

Dual Boot? Windows 10 for your specific software. Windows 11 for games?

I ran both Cinebench and 3D Mark, but the CPU start throttling View: https://imgur.com/joWnyTy
and 3D Mark starts lagging but I still can use the mouse and quit programs.

I found something weird the 1st profile for XMP is not 5600, but it was 6000, 2nd 5600, and 3rd 4800 is it a defect from mobo/RAM? (just out of curiosity if 1 ram is 5600 and the other is 6000 could that cause problems?).
I already ran Memtest86 on 5600 speed and I got no problem, but I will test it on single RAM.

it's too dangerous for my limited experience to play with voltages, but I will use intel software to underclock the CPU and see if it's more stable.

The LEDs do blink when I start up the PC and I read online it's normal for the mobo LEDs to blink to check errors with hardware, but it stays a bit longer on VGA like 2 Seconds then boot normally.

Hmm, it never crossed my mind to dual boot, it's actually a good idea, but first I need to solve the main cause of my problems to have a stable PC for dual boot.
