Serious gaming and streaming build

1) you picked a pretty low end power supply. get an EVGA g3 650w, its a world of difference for barely more money.
2) blue ram is ugly with an orange board haha.

which motherboard would you recommend for cheaper that would go good with this build while while sacrificing the least?

do you plan on overclocking the processor?

im personally not a fan of gagabyte's products or support. everything i've owned from them have caused issues or needed an rma. thats just my experience with it though.

Overclocking seems important if you want to really boost your performance. so, yes. I don't really know what makes a motherboard good.

if you're overclocking the x470 will be a better choice. there's a lot to look for in a board, but almost all of them will come with the basics you need. just go with a reputable brand and a well rated board on the x470 format. they will all support your parts. Generally the more you spend the more robust the power management for overclocking, more inputs/outputs, more pcie slots, better sound, more fan headers, etc.

i'd say go with this one.

Are there any changes that can be made to either lower the cost but keep the same performance or raise performance but keeping the price?

not much i would change honestly. just maybe that msi motherboard and absolutely that g3 power supply.
