Im going to get a new gpu and these are the options:

My main concern are the listings because i will only buy used from a well known seller and these is what is mentioned on them.

ASRock AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT - Full package with pictures of the tests, max temp on furmark 70c - well known seller

Asus RTX 3060TI Dual V2 Mini OC Edition - 30 day warranty from a well known seller

I play cs2 on 165hz on 1440x1080 but im curious is it worth it to stretch the budget 55e to be exact to get a 3060ti with a 30 day warranty and from a well known seller. I use rx 570 currently and im wondering is the encoder from 6600xt better than it is on rx 570 because i use instant replay often since i know that nvidia is great at that field.

I play only cs2 on 1440x1080 medium on a 165hz monitor.

Any advice is appreciated

The RTX 3060 Ti generally outperforms the RX 6600XT in rasterized games. If you have the extra cash, you would be getting more performance out of that card. It sounds like you also want to use features like Nvidia ShadowPlay, which will work great with the 3060 Ti. Hope this helped, take care.
