Serious Problem, Not Sure What

So here recently my PC has been crashing. It is not a normal crash. The screen freezes, all LEDs in case stay on, but nothing works. To fix it I have to hold the power button down until it turns off. This usually happens when I am playing games, but there is no reason for this being that I have a decent set up (I will include specs below.) Sometimes it happens when I am just on Chrome.

I don't know if it could be Software or Hardware.

Test RAM and disk first, check for overheating too. Check drivers and Windows.
Run in command prompt or Power Shell (both as admin rights):

sfc /scannow
and
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I ran those commands and they both finished saying nothing was wrong.
