Serious Problem of Partitions

recently I tried to reinstall win 7 on my dell laptop but I am not getting any drive selection at the time of installation
I connected that hard disk to another pc as additional hard drive but it is showing 39 mb partition only while my hard drive is of 320gb and I checked it for bad sector through Norton ghost my data s( D and E drive is showing all con taints ) but file type is NTFS/HPFS
My data is very important for me
please help me for accessing that data
I tried to install win xp win vista win 7 also but in all installation not showing any drive for installation

Simple u have any ubuntu cd insert it and goto test mode ur not installing that now it show all content in ur drive so backup all data from pendrive or usb hdd

for partition try acronics software it defenetly do that ,just delete all partition and insert win os cd to create partition ,usefull trick at the time of partition 102501=100Gb acuratly
