Serious Problem! | Unexplained noises from PC!

Notice: This only happens with "Rust"

Random whine noise when playing rust only happens with this game.
Sound comes from PSU i believe.

Didnt watch the entire vid , but whistling and whining noises from a psu shout bad caps


..... so suspect the obvious first and replace the psu

Only plausible answer but why only with this one game?

If you watched the video you would see Arma 3 had no affect compared to Rust.
Rust is a simple Unity game.

It too happened to me while playing AC4 but I RMA'ed the PSU and everything is allright
