First off here are my specs:
GTX 1060 3GB Vram
I5 - 8600 3.10Ghz
16 GB DDR4
Ive recently been extreamly unhappy with the performance of my PC in comparison with other PCs with lower specs as I. Im really confused on what it could be as my temps are fine, PC isnt full of any sort of junk files, accoring to process lasso my pc responsiveness is 100%. when my pc is idle cpu and gpu usage is normal. Ive made sure all games listed below
for example, in a simple benchmark via Heaven Benchmark my score was around 2700, whereas if you go on the website, scores with alot lower performance specs reach above 3000 easily.
In Minecraft using Shaders, around 40 fps whereas there are multiple examples of higher fps on other systems with lower specs, plus i used to be able to run it fine a a couple years ago on the same pc
In a game called No Mans Sky, around 30 fps, where i 'should' be able to run highest everything accoring to their recomended specs and Nvidia's specs they automatically assign to the game
