Serious Sam 3 Install error: It's not found any file specified ISArcExtract.

Please help,

what I have tried:

0- Stop Anti Virus.

1- Changing HDD from Part C to D to F

2- Try to install on SSD.

3- Make Page file 16000 G on E.

4- Rename install folder to NON Space name like ss3.

5- Finally try to install on other PC My Wife's laptop.

6- Redownloaded the first biggest file, so its for sure cover 50% of the installation.(the whole game is 3.X giga the first file is 1.9giga)

All end with same message on same percent 12.3%

If you got this game from Steam or gog, it is best to contact people i the respective forum or contact the customer support
