Serious voltage change after power management enable.

Hi.
Today I went to bios and enable power management. And my Smps voltage droped like..
12v=10.44
5v=4.4
3.3 v = 3.3217

And before that settings my Smps voltages were around 0.2 volt up down. But no problem occurred and no performance dropped.
And when I run stress test voltage raise again 12.1 v and 5.09v.

Is it safe for me or not.
My specs..

Intel core i3 6098p

Gigabyte h110m ds2

8gb ram 2133mhz ddr4 Kingston value

Coolermaster MWE 450 80+ bronze.
Msi geforce gt 1030 2gb gddr5 oc.

Hope anyone help me.

Can you rephrase this?

Nothing you set in your BIOS or otherwise should have any effect on the voltages being generated by your PSU. That being said, both your 12V and 5V rails are out of spec based on the first set of values you listed. I'm just skeptical that it is a result of you changing a setting in your BIOS.

Well I don't know... It may be real or just motherboard is not reading correct voltage or SMPS got crashed(damaged)...

MERGED QUESTION
Question from arif1752002m4a1 : "Is it faulty power supply."

Hi. I recently purchase a new PC.
Specs-
I3 6098p
8gb ram
120gb SSD.
500gb had
Gigabyte h110 m ds2
Coolermaster MWE 450 80+ white.
But I noticed that my power supply output rails showing little low voltages. As shows
12 = 10.44
5. = 4.35
3.3= 3.34

So I also noticed that my mains voltage is low as power supply rated (220 volt rated) and my mains voltage is 150-175 volts.

Is it low input voltage or my psu is faulty but I play games on It and no any performance Loss occurred..
