Server 2003 Salvage Question

I obtained a Dell Power Edge 800 from a client and have always wanted to learn about servers. However, I do not have the password for the login on this server2003 sotfware. Is there a way to reset the software to factory without having to obtain the software itself? Kind of like how osx and win10 have their resets?

BTW, i have the license sticker on the machine still if that helps.

In the meantime im looking for server2003 online to download but no luck so far ....
