Today, I got some new hard drives (1 TB) to replace my old, 300GB Hard Drive. I went to replace them, turn my server back on, and boom! It starts up... but immediately stops. It keeps trying to boot, but it just stays in a loop. However, 2 times it stayed on, but unfortunately, I didn't have a display connected. I couldn't get it to do it again once i plugged it in. I tried removing RAM, no luck. (BTW haven't gotten any beeps from motherboard speaker). Then I tried replacing the fan, no luck still. Did the same with power supply, hard drive, and cmos battery. I also tried wiping the CMOS, but to no avail. Don't know what to do next, if the motherboard somehow died, or something else. Also later I tried using the RAM on another machine, but it didn't even see it. Here are my specs:
Motherboard: SUPERMICRO MBD-X9SCM-F-O LGA 1155 Intel C204 Micro ATX Intel Xeon E3 Server Motherboard
RAM: 4gbx3 crucial DDR3 RAM
PSU: 3Y Power Technology YM-5201D
CPU: Intel Xeon E3 (don't know the rest)
Any Ideas Appreciated!

Solution
Maybe take the motherboard out of the case. Set it on the motherboard box with everything but the drives plugged in and try to get bios. If it works standoffs may have ground the motherboard on the case.
Could the HD you removed have the boot or part? May take a reinstall or clone the 300gb to the 1TB may work. Unless your saying you cant enter bios or crashes even when enter bios. If that is the cause could be the cable used for the 1TB if your using a new one.

Tried putting in the old HDD, but it didn't work.
