Question Server for 7 Days to Die Multiplayer Online

we are purchasing two new computers to replace our systems and we would like to turn one or both into a server to run 7 days to die for about 20 people. I know nothing on how to do this. I guss first question is can this be done and what would I need to upgrade, or should I buy a 3rd one and what would be recommended. the system we have to spare is: Processor

Just figured I would ask people who know their passion and work. But first response. Felt like total disrespect . I did not know the answer and why would I ask player or look at a thread 3 years old when over 3 years computers and tech changes in a major way.
