Server Hardware for NComputing

I have a office which currenlty runs 10 ncomputing thin client connected to a single CPU, we are going to upgrade our setup to 30 computers. Our usage for individual system is 2-3 adobe acrobat, 5-6 Finance erp applications, excel and word (2-3), and firefox with 6-7 tabs opened all the time. What server configuration should i buy to run all the 30 computers smoothly, i want zero lag. Budget is 2000$-2500$. Should i build my own server or should i purchase it from any brand. What are the disadvantages and advantages or both?

What networking solution will you provide, as networking will be of extreme importance.

As posted, there is no real way to effectively address possible solutions.

Many trade-offs involved. And it sounds very much like a homework question....

Your requirements and questions really need to be presented differently.
