Hi, I have a Dell PowerEdge T310 desktop server that was bought from a closing company and I'm having a problem when trying to do a windows xp install or any windows install for that matter.
The problem happens when it asks me to pick a drive to install windows onto, this is when I get the no drives found error.
I know the drives were originally on raid and they pick up in bios but not on any other bootable disk.

Any help is great

Thanks!

You'll need to load RAID drivers for the specific RAID Card that's installed in the server. If I recall, it's F6 when the Windows XP install loads up, and you'll have to use a floppy disk to load it. The only other option is to slipstream the Windows XP disk with the drivers (Google it). This should make the drives appear for you.
