Server and PC PSUs are generally very different.
Servers use U standards, like a 1U, 2U, 4U PSU.
PCs use ATX standards, occasional SFX.
They are often redundant, meaning if one part of it dies, it may still have a back up.
They are often designed to be paired with another PSU, this would be another style of redundancy.
Some can be completely proprietary - as in, they only work with certain other servers. Some don't have any wires at all, but instead slot directly into the server.
They don't have the same connectors. An ATX PSU is going to have things you need like a 24pin mobo connection, 4+4 CPU connection, 6+2 PCIE connections, etc.
Then again, sometimes they are exactly the same, so it is impossible to say for certain...
