sata3 ssd are so cheap now. I think they are great boot drives for servers.

you will need to find the passmark and ram needed per server spec you want to run. look into docker for game servers.

old AMD chips don't have good specs. I imagine it will be fine though. it will likely pull a decent amount of power. still a lot less than going and buying an old r710.

Ok I don't know a lot about csgo, however I do run a minecraft server -- and its not very graphics or computationally difficult for the server. The biggest issue is likely to be your upload speed as determined by your internet provider. I suppose your server would likely be OK...I'm not picking on you however but that is an extremely budget server build. What OS are you running or planning on running?
