First time posting on the forum. I recently installed my first server cabinet to store the routers and sound system for my business. There was only one exhaust fan that came with the Sysrack server rack which I knew wasn’t enough. I purchased the 1U Tupavco 4 fan cooling system but it isn’t enough cooling as i’m still at about 90 degrees in the case. I want to upgrade the fans inside the cooling system but I don’t know how. If anyone has any solutions or tips, it would help a lot.

The key question is what type doors does the rack have? Solid lexan or perforated metal? How is the ambient air managed?
Are the equipment fans moving the air in the rack in a consistent direction (front to back typically)?

What model number Sysrack do you have? Where is it located, is it in a small room, large room, is there enough cooling in the room for the rack?

You can buy more fans from Sysrack LINK or go out and buy your own 120V AC 120mm x 120mm x 38mm

I have the 18U 24” depth cabinet. It is located in a decently large room. I recently just purchased a second fan from sysrack to act as an exhaust for the bottom. All the venting is on the top bottom and front. the sides and back are flat panels with no venting. I just opened up the Tupavco fan rack and they use some cheap ac fan. Does anyone have a good recommendation to upgrade the 4 ac fans?

Based on your description, this is the rack we are talking about -- https://sysracks.com/product/18u-24-depth-wall-mount-19-enclosure-srw-18-600/
Maybe not the best choice since you didn't wall mount it.
One thing I would recommend is that you build and install side baffles on vertical rails so that the hot air from the back can be exhausted through the slots in the front door. Then put your top fans as intake rather than exhaust. They should blow downward between the rails providing cooling to the equipment. Hopefully the baffles will direct the hot air out the slots.

This is my setup (not completely finished). Yes, it’s not wall mounted but it is up and away from everything else. I don’t completely understand your response. What i’ve thought about doing is getting a metal guy i know to punch out some ventilation holes on the back side. I have an exhaust on the top, where the temperature is there are 4 fans— View: https://flic.kr/p/2oUqE4a
— which i will be upgrading tomorrow because they suck, and then another can coming from sysrack for the bottom which i am unsure which direction to put it. Most of the heat is coming from the speaker amp at the very bottom of the case. What should the ideal temperature be at for a rack like this?Let me know if this helps.
