Server service

Any ideas about the following act of evilness by NT4.
Could not start the server service on *********
Error 1130: Not enough server storage is avilable to process this command.

It happens when trying to share a printer.

I've also had luck fixing this by removing and recreating the paging file. Strangely enough.
