Serverely bad performance on minecraft, issue or no issue?

Ok, so i have a ryzen 7 1700x oc'd to 3.85 not much of a oc. But i see people with the same cpu getting 1000+ fps on the game while i can get 100 with stutter. The gpu is a 1070, ram is 2666mhz 4x2 gbs i had allocated 3gbs to the game so it should be fine there. i dont actually even ever play the game this just bothers me cause i enjoy spawning 13000 peices of tnt but i dont enjoy 1 fps for 10 minutes. Also adding again temps are low mostly my concern is if the cpu gots a botched core or something

My kids play Minecraft.. one thing I would suggest is make sure you install 64bit Java.. and run it with java. not the non-java version. at least with them (slower computers for sure.. it really matters!! for them to run in java vs the non-java on their AMD and Intel systems.

I suppose that could be it. i'll try it. But i think before i got an ssd and reinstalled windows i had java but i could be wrong.
