servers for command and conquer 4 did it shutdown yet there is no one on the game.

Not sure if EA shut down the C&C4 servers yet (Google is your friend), but the game was trash so I wouldn't expect a population of players in any case.

The C&C 4 servers are still up but i don`t think anyone is still playing that game because it is not a very popular C&C. if you liked the older C&C`s try this: https://cnc-online.net/
