Service host is contantly running CPU at 100% and taking 10-12 Gb Ram

Has anyone else had this issue? I don't know what to do about this, it's strange. I just recently noticed it, and haven't checked on this issue before.

Specs:
(Machine is an MSI GT70 2PC Dominator)
Intel Core i7 4810MQ
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870m
16GB Ram

Update:
Been playing SMITE, and it's stuttering every few seconds, getting really annoying.
