Ok, so i have had a look at many similar threads and try their hotfixes but had no results that work. I have already ran the /dism commands etc but no errors were found. I have also updated every driver or tried to but they are all up to date. Even updated my bios.

These are my specs:
OS: Win 10
RAM: 48 GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @2.60 GHz
GPU: Nvidia 1070 8Gb

I constantly get an issue with the service host local system running up my ram. If i leave it on all day then it will run over 13gb of my systems ram. Please help me on this 🙁. It clearly doesn't need this amount of ram to work. I can reset it by restarting my pc but there shouldn't be a need for this.

if that won't work, go here http://imgur.com/a/Jrqru

also, before someone asks me to do this:

If 15 (or some other number) is the PID, go to the Services tab in the Task Manager.

You will see 1 or more of the PID's that you're concerned with, go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, click on Services.

One by one, stop or disable, then restart each service indicated, all the while keeping an eye on the Task Manager Performance Tab.

When the CPU's drop, that's your culprit.

I have already gone through each one and tried it. It didn't work, since one of them i couldn't disable to restart it. The task schedular.
