I've been seeing these svchost processes use like 130mb of memory recently. I accidently clicked on a strange link and I was taken to a website that I couldn't hit escape on. I was concerned so I ran a malwarebytes scan like five or six times and a couple avast scans. They all came up empty so I tried safe mode, which also came up empty. Often times I'll see these files drop from 100mb ish usage to 14 or 15 when I'm running a scan which is concerning. I don't know much about malware but maybe if there is something there, it could be trying to hide? Should I just cut my losses run DBAN, format the drive, and reinstall windows?
Please, if anyone has advice I would really appreciate it.

It slowly drops down to 20ish mb over time and then will eventually climb back up and fall back down. I've compared to other friends with similar systems and theirs stays a near constant 15mb. I'm really concerned I have some nasty malware that's found a way to hide from all of my antivirus programs.
