Service Host : Local System Using All my my bandwidth (Please Help)

So I've been trying to play CS:GO for the past three days but I keep getting lag. At first I thought it was a device downloading something but everything, absolutely everything is off the internet. Then I checked my task manager and it was the Service Host using 0.8megabitss of my internet. This sounds like very little but my internet it only 1megabit. Please any help 😀

Some thing is using the service host. Down load process explorer and it can tell you want program is tied to that service instance.
