My Computer has unable to play games for longer then 2 hours without closing the game because there isn't enough memory. I have 16gb of RAM in my pc. I took a look into the task manager to see what was talking up my memory there were multiple things running called service host. This is talking up about 80% of my memory with the only things open are Discord, A couple tabs open in edge and Spotify
If anyone can help that would be class

There are a number of things you can do.

First what you should NOT do:

----No Registry edits.

---- No Third Party Software (do not download, install, or run).

Do some additional reading about the issue.

For example:

https://www.windowsdigitals.com/service-host-local-system-high-cpu-disk-memory-network-usage/

There other links to be found - just vary the search criteria to match what you see happening and what else you discover.

Key is to identify exactly what is taking memory and/or not giving it back.

Look into the details via Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer.

Lastly what game(s) are you playing? Someone may recognize a game with a known problem.
