service pack 1 not instlling

I have windows 7 ultimate pirated. My issue is i m unable to install windows 7 service pack 1. When i bought this computer service pack installed correctly..but due to some corrupted files i did asystem restore..now service pack is not installing ..giving error 800f0a13..also sfc scan not helping me..my games are not running as they require service pack 1 and system readliness tool is not helping me...i m very worried..should i format my pc..?
