Service pack 1 to service pack 2

Good day forum, am having just new hp envydv6 and eventually I can't play softwares/games of high video memory I wonder why weather its the service pack 1 in it not pack 2.

Windows 7 SP1-U is latest version, which a new laptop should have, just run Windows Update to get latest patches.
