service pack 3

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.setup (More info?)

I am trying to either correct or make a new installation
of win 2000 and i get to a screen that says install your
windows service pack 3 into cd rom drive and push enter.

If I download this file and then copy it to a cd will this
solve my problem?

No, it wants your original Win 2000 CD.
