Hi there!
my problem is following:
I've got a german Windows NT, and have service pack 6. I now need to reinstall it.
Somehow I installed high encryption (I think with Internet Explorer or sth) and I see no way how to get rid of it.
now my old service pack 6 or 6a won't install cause it's normal encrypted, and 6a 128bit won't install cause of being the wrong language, and there seems to be no german version, on the microsoft website they say it's not for export or sth.
so what can I do? please help me.

I had the same problem, and the only way I could get around it was to re-install NT. I really don't know of a way around the encryption, so I believe you'll have to re-install everything. Install IE after you install SP6/6a so that it doesn't happen again.

There is no way to remove the 128bit encryption service pack and go back to a lower version. You will need to reinstall NT and then make sure to use the standard 56-bit service pack install.
