Services blocked by something (Possible background service)

Hello,

I have an issue connecting to several different services: I cannot log in to the League of Legends Beta client, if I use their legacy client I cannot connect to chat services, I cannot connect to Overwatch, Hearthstone, Marvel Puzzle Quest, Ubisoft Desktop Application, and possibly more I've forgotten. I am almost entirely sure it is some sort of background service preventing me from connecting to any of these services from 4+ different publishers, but I'm having extreme trouble identifying what service it could be. I've tried turning off my IOBit firewall, windows firewall, restarting my router/modem, and searching my Task Manager but I haven't found anything yet.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem or have any advice on how I could isolate the cause? Do you need me to provide more information like a dxdaig or a screen shot of my background services? Please help me! Thank you.

On a side note, another possibly connected issue: I cannot use microsoft's website, such as the rewards page or anything. I should also add that I used an older hard drive with pretty much all the same things on it and everything worked perfectly. That should rule out anything to do with the router or internet troubles I think.

tried an anti virus scan? Malwarescan?

what type of PC do you have? is it a laptop or desktop?
If desktop, is it custom made or brand name?
if laptop or brand name, what make/model?
If custom, what motherbaord do you have?

I suspect it could be an outdated driver perhaps.

Try making a new local user and see if it has same problems

try doing a clean boot and see if its a program loading at start up that is stopping you
