services startup enable

Please, could anyone help me!- I spent hours enabling my services on my windows 7 desktop after the engineer cleaned the system on account of a major problem. I was glad I was able to get things back to normal.Imagine my horror when the next day on startup every service was disabled and this includes the presence of the windows classic theme in place of the aero theme. i have again been able to restore services but am worried about shutting down the pc. could anybody please help- what's causing this to happen?

Hey don't be worried.Boot Windows Normal,Open Start Menu,Find'Run',Type in msconfig,Under 'General' Click 'Normal Startup',Click 'Apply and then 'OK'' and Close It.Now Just Restart your PC (Alt+F4).Thank you

Thanks, I disabled all services then booted in normal mode the next time and it worked.
