Once I had connected my computer again after I had moved in. I did a clean install of win10. Now the native resolution of my monitor is 1600x1200 but thanks to DSR(I own an r9 280) I experimented to see how 3200x1800 would look like. Next thing I know the screen went blank and nothing I did worked. I tried pressing escape and enter(the cursor usually appears over the cancel button) but to no avail. I restarted my PC and it goes blank just after the orbiting dots with the windows 10 logo. Any help would be immensely appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Solution
You can't get into Safe mode from boot without a Win 10 Install DVD or USB.

Boot pc with install media, on screen after it ask for languages, select Repair this pc, NOT INSTALL
Select troubleshoot
Select Advanced options
Select Start up settings

Start pc in safe mode is option 4,5 & 6 (you get standard, with networking, and one with command prompt)

Just thought I would help :)
