[SOLVED] Set my ram speed to 3200, still at 2400.

Solution
Yeah my pc was booting up multiple times when I set my speed to 3000 and 3200 so I think that's the problem.

Setting it to 2933 worked somehow, but is there a way to put it over or equal 3000?

Ryzen doesn't have a native 3000mhz divider.

3000mhz ram needs to be natively run at 2933 on ryzen.

Anything above is considered overclocking and is not guaranteed.

You may get 3200 by manually tinkering with latencies but honestly it's not worth the hassle.

2933 is fast enough.

A single 16GB stick or are you just testing one of a set there? Can you post the full model number of your memory set?
Which CPU, Matisse, or one of the Ridges? And if Matisse, did you update the bios yet?

2x8 TLZGD416G3000HC16CDC01.

I'm trying to overclock the ram but it doesn't seem to work, even putting at 3000 mhz it's still at 2400.

If ram speed fails the board will double boot and set speed back to stock 2400.

I think this is what's happening.

Try 2933mhz and leave the voltage at 1.2v
