[SOLVED] Set per-app default audio device permanently

I have google chrome set to an alternate audio device from the system default. However everytime when I restart the pc, the output of Google Chrome will come out from my system default audio device despite in the setting it still shows it is set to the alternate device. I have to reassign the device to make Chrome uses the device I want.

It is kind of annoying everytime I start the pc I have to reassign the device. Is there a fix?
