Question Set primary(?) taskbar monitor without dragging or changing primary display

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there's anyway to change which monitor the arrow and notification center shows on without dragging it from one to another. Changing the primary monitor isn't an option, as it is required for games to play on the correct monitor (a TV in another room). And because the TV is in another room, it's difficult to reliably drag the taskbar to my computer monitors.

I'm hoping there is some other way!
