I recently bought a gigabyte ga-ab350 gaming 3 mobo, and some EVGA 3200MHz ram. I set the ram speed to 3200 in the bios, then saved and exited. when I run CPU-z it says my ram is still running at the default speed of 2133. I am new to the PC world and could use any help I can get in this issue.

my system is: ryzen 1600, gigabyte ga-ab350 mobo, 2 sticks of 8gb evga 3200MHz ram, a 650 watt power supply, and a nvidia gtx 1060. i have tried to enable XMP, but the problem remains. it says in the menus that it is set to 3200 MHz, but cpu-z and the in-bios monitor says it actually runs at only 2133 MHz. the overclock on the cpu works properly though.
