set up bluetooth headphones on a non bluetooth TV.

I am trying to set up my Polaroid PBT99 Bluetooth headphones to use on my non
blue tooth TV.

I bought a YPF-03 wireless 2 in 1 audio receiver/transmitter,I am able to pair
the transmitter and the headphones, but I get no audio.

I have my RCA jacks plugged into audio out on my TV,connected to my YPF
device,on the receiving side. I have my blinking blue light on, which I assume
means it is paired?
I also tried connecting to the transmitter side, which I believe should be the
correct way and that made no difference.

If I plug in the line from the TV direct to my headphones they work fine, but
obviously I would like to be wireless.

If it matters I am using a LG 32LC7D Television.

What am I missing?
