Ok now I already bought i7-4790k, Asus Z97 Pro Gamer and Hyper 212 Evo. what do I need to do ?

My mean what should I do before put in the hyper 212 evo? I must scrap off the processor or what?

as well as get some ram, a power supply, a hdd and/or ssd, a case to put them all in, and i would assume you'll be wanting a graphics card as well.

and to be complete, a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers if you do not already have them.

ah, the top of the cpu should be clean when you get it. if the 212 came with some thermal paste already on it, just seat it on the cpu and tighten it down. if not, or if you want to paste yourself, clean that off too(with some isopropyl alcohol) and apply your own paste.
