Set up new SSD

So i just set up my new ssd and got windows 7 running and I just hooked up my hdd and im wondering how i get all my files back to normal but with the ssd as a boot drive

well id like to keep using the hdd as storage so i guess a better question then is how do i get everything off the old hard drive?

If there are data on it that you don't need, just delete those unneeded folders/files.
If wanting to delete all folders, you can fomat the partitions/HDD (in Disk management, right click and select format). It will delete all data on the selected partition/s.

also one more question (sorry) with my new hard drive set up another folder has popped up called System Reserved, is that normal or what?

No problem.
Is the System Reserved folder on the SSD or HDD? If SSD then it's OK.
