So i just set up my new ssd and got windows 7 running and I just hooked up my hdd and im wondering how i get all my files back to normal but with the ssd as a boot drive
If there are data on it that you don't need, just delete those unneeded folders/files.
If wanting to delete all folders, you can fomat the partitions/HDD (in Disk management, right click and select format). It will delete all data on the selected partition/s.

also one more question (sorry) with my new hard drive set up another folder has popped up called System Reserved, is that normal or what?
