setting a 2+4 1333Mhz ram

Hello,
My motherboard model is DH55TC and it has 4 RAM slots of different colour( blue and black).

Slot1 (blue)
Slot2 (black)
Slot3 (blue)
Slot4 (black)
I know that different colour represent different channel.
My question is that how do I put the 2+4 gb rams into the slots?

Should I put them in the same colour slots(either blue or black) or one in black and one in blue?
If both of the options are compatible then which one of them is the best?

Blue+black or both blue or both black?

Put both of them on Same colors, it doesn't matter which color [black or blue]

One more thing. I am going to buy a 2gb ram to make the total ram as 8gb. I want to know whether 2x2 + 4gb will work in dual channel or not?

Am thinking that 2x2gb in blue slot and the 1x4gb in the black slot will enable dual channel. Is that correct?

It's not a good idea of that 2x2GB+4GB ram combination.
It is always recommended to 4GB+4GB/8GB+8GB [dual channel] ram configuration

Besides all three rams must be identical, like same memory speed, cas latency, voltage configuration
