This is my poor man's build, and I plan on upgrading this EVERY year. And as present student, I earn around $350 by being hungry everyday. I also have my own business of selling things, but that only nets me around $50.

And since I'm planning on upgrading to a rich man's build here are the following questions:
1.) What should I upgrade first, from 1 being the highest priority and 6 being the lowest.
2.) Can you suggest what I should change a part when I do change it?
3.) Off-topic Question: Any good games my current build can play? And any good games my incoming build can play?

I'm getting an i7-4790K in 3 days time. And then I'm planning on getting an ASUS Strix GTX 970. (CPU first, to avoid bottleneck.)
And lastly, my HDD should still be there, and I'll add a SSD for my games.

To give you my current mindset, I am aiming on running GTA V on Ultra at 30FPS OR 60FPS.
And my poor man's build is actually running GTA V on High at 30FPS with occasional 20FPS dips.
